We had a very special day at our Rotary Club (Southeast Nassau) yesterday. We celebrated the Past Presidents of our Club and Women in Rotary. The Past Presidents were all asked to come and to join in the program in one way or the other. We also invited Past Presidents who were no longer in Rotary and it was great to have them. The three of them there were: Larry Roberts, Greg Lee, and Earl
Bethell. Because we were celebrating Women in Rotary at the same time
Rowina Bethell, the first Rotarian in Nassau sponsored by
DG Dick was present and made a presentation on her experience in Rotary and the 1st Woman President in Nassau Carla
McCombe ran the meeting. What a great time we had!

As you all know President
Wilf mandated that all District Governors should lead by example and sponsor a new Rotarian. I took the opportunity to induct my 1st new Rotarian for the year, Danny Lowe.
The Blue wrist band is given to our incoming President David
Moncur. There was no picture but Carla pinned me with the new Sponsors Pin.
